Learn how to make Palak Corn Sandwich at home in a healthier way

Ingredients

  • Palak - 1 Bunch
  • Cheese - 25 Gms
  • Sweet Corn (Boiled) - 50 Gms
  • Powdered Almonds - 2 Tsps
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Pepper Powder - Little
  • Butter - As Required
  • Bread - 10 Slices

Method

Step 1

Wash spinach (palak) leaves, spread over a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

Step 2

Cut it finely using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.

Step 3

Heat little butter/oil and saute palak until it shrinks.

Step 4

Add boiled corn, almond powder, finely grated paneer, and mix gently.

Step 5

Remove excess moisture if any before adding paneer.

Step 6

Add salt, pepper powder, grated cheese.

Step 7

Apply butter to bread slices.

Step 8

Place the filling in between two slices. Remove brown crust and cut diagonally into two.

Step 9

Serve with tomato ketchup.
